DeepCleanOps Privacy Policy

DeepCleanOps ("the App") is operated by DCS724 ("we", "us"). This policy describes what data we collect through the App and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and role, created by your organization's administrator to give you access to the App.
• GPS location: used only to verify check-in/check-out at the assigned cleaning location during an active work session.
• Photos: captured with the camera or selected from your gallery as evidence of completed work, or in emergency mode when a coordinator takes over a session.
• Push notifications: a device identifier used to send you alerts about your sessions and messages.
• Messages: content of internal chats between members of your organization within the App.

2. How we use your information

We use this data exclusively to operate the App: assigning and verifying cleaning sessions, recording photo evidence, enabling internal communication, and sending notifications relevant to your work. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Storage

Data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud infrastructure), with role-based access controls and row-level security (RLS) policies so each user can only access information relevant to their organization and role.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account remains active within your organization. Photos and older session records may be automatically purged according to your organization's internal retention policies. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to info@dcs724.com.

5. Device permissions

The App requests access to location, camera, photo library, and notifications only for the functions described above. You can revoke these permissions from your device settings, though some features will no longer work correctly.

6. Children

DeepCleanOps is an operational tool for cleaning company staff and is not directed at children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.
